現年50歲的靚媽黎姿(現名馬黎珈而)在2008年結婚後退出娛樂圈,為丈夫馬廷強誔下3名寶貝女。黎姿不但是個稱職好媽媽,接手意外癱瘓弟弟黎嬰的醫學美容生意搞得有聲有色,打造成今時今日的上巿美容集團,成功轉型為商界女強人。

有「最美CEO」之稱的黎姿,年屆半百外貌仍然是凍齡級數,作為3女之母,身形長年Fit到漏,小蠻腰一直保持23吋少女Size,駐顏有術。
她透露最近過節食得開懷,上班日子以簡單健康為主。近日她在Instagram晒出「辦公室一人午餐」,大量蔬菜、鮮蝦及少量河粉,集齊全面所需營養。

她的修身小貼士是每日攝油量不多於4勺油,而且堅持不吃糖、不吃油、不吃麵粉、不喝酒,當然份量要控制,計算卡路里。
